Grand Hotel Gaziantep

I loved everything about this hotel! It was local to shops, hairdressers and many other places. The room was exceptionally clean and was big and came with everything you need including an aircon which was very helpful during the warm month of July! Everything about the hotel was 10/10 from staff to the facilities available! I want to extend my thanks to Samet who works at the Reception during the night for being very hospitable and incredibly helpful and always answering all of my questions, to Cansu who greeted me with a smile every morning during breakfast and who again answered all of my questions and for being very hospitable and to Ismail who worked on the Reception floor during the day again, greeted me with a smile every time he saw me! I cannot thank these 3 people enough for their kindness, although I was there for 1 week only I truly felt at home for the service and customer care given. In addition, I would like to also extend my thanks to all the cleaners who cleaned my room everyday and to the interns who prepared breakfast every morning and greeted everyone including myself with a smile and to the security outside who always had a smile on his face. Please don't hesitate about booking this place it is incredible and well worth the money!

This hotel is the best place to stay in Gaziantep or possibly even the whole of Turkey. The room was comfortable and quiet and the location was convenient for exploring the city. The staff were helpful and friendly and offered to arrange a taxi to the airport.

Location is good. Staff is friendly and nice. Hotel was sufficiently clean. The only issue was the limescale on the shower head.

I've been in this hotel for a several times, staying in there really comfortable, quite place, the stuff very helpful, location is perfect, clean rooms...and more to tell I do recommend the hotel for all purpose.

The staff were fantastic and so very very helpful. I liked it so much there that when my plans changed unexpectedly and I returned to Antep I came back here to stay.
